The evening began with a brief introduction to Bitcoin and a warning about investment offers that sound too good to be true, trying to lure investors in the shadow of Bitcoin’s success. Informing yourself broadly, questioning critically, and using common sense remain a proven recipe for not falling for scammers.

Worth mentioning: while “Onecoin” had sometimes sparked debate at previous events, it now only draws laughter from the audience.
